Online Grant Application


By filling out this on-line form, you are making an application for funding from the Pitcairn-Crabbe Foundation. Please refer to the Information for Applicants on the Guidelines page of our web site (www.pitcairn-crabbe.org) to determine if your project meets the current criteria for funding.

The rules for completing an on-line application are as follows:
  • All fields must be filled in before the application can be submitted.

  • If you are a new organization we need three contacts: the Board Chair, Executive Director (or President) and the manager of the project for which funding is sought. If these three duties are shared by two (or even one) person, select as many roles as appropriate from the three pop-ups associated with each contact.

  • If you represent a returning organization, you will see listed all the contacts associated with your organization that are in our database. Please make corrections as needed (they will be updated) but you still must designate the three required contacts [Board Chair, Executive Director (or President) and the manager of the project for which funding is sought]. If these three duties are shared by two (or even one) person, select as many roles as appropriate from the three pop-ups associated with each contact.

  • Reporting on your grant (if approved) will be based on the specific outcomes you list in the "Outcomes" box. Please keep that in mind and provide clear, measurable goals.

  • The Foundation receives many more inquires than it can possibly fund, so staff has developed an "Initial Inquiry Questionnaire" as part of this application to elicit information that can be used to make project funding decisions in a competitive environment. Please take the time and effort to make your best case for funding at this juncture to improve your chances for success.
